On February 4, 2014 the Benton County Board of Commissioners accepted our petition for Benton County to adopt maintenance responsibility for the Phase I roads that include Finch Ln, Goshawk Ln, Hawk Hill Dr., Woodpecker Ct and Shrike Way.
Three of the seven lots have already been sold to those that have been waiting on this development to open. Purchase one of the four remaining lots before they’re gone, too.

On June 30, 2009 the Benton County Planning Commission voted to approve a Preliminary Plat that will subdivide Tract A into 7 new lots at Wren Hill Estates.
The Wren Hill Estates Developers will be applying for an application to open up Phase II at the top of Goshawk Lane.
