Drive down and experience the amazing views, sunny exposure and ease of building each of these lots provide. The evacuation work is all done for you so just bring your plans and build. Septic feasibility has been completed and well is nearby.
For someone who desires their own space and peaceful views, this is a must see.
The lase remaining large parcel in Wren Hill Estates is now open. Each lot has southern exposure, extraordinary views and gentle slopes.
On February 4, 2014 the Benton County Board of Commissioners accepted our petition for Benton County to adopt maintenance responsibility for the Phase I roads that include Finch Ln, Goshawk Ln, Hawk Hill Dr., Woodpecker Ct and Shrike Way.
